1. This voucher entitles the bearer to one (01) Fire & Flare BBQ Night at Coals on the Beach for one (01) adult (dine-in only).
2. Valid from May 9 to November 1, 2025. Validity cannot be extended beyond this period.
3. Not valid on May 23, 2025 and August 23, 2025. Additional blackout dates may apply without prior notice.
4. Any unused value after the expiry date will be forfeited.

6. A minimum of 24 hours advance reservation is required. Confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

9. This voucher includes 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST). All other incidental charges are excluded.

14. Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this package and request alternative forms of payment if a package is fraudulently obtained or used.
